9 oz. Our leanest cut of beef. A melt-in-your mouth texture, drizzled balsamic glaze. Includes hot and cold buffets. 

18 oz. Two steaks in one, the marbled flavor of a strip and the tenderness of a filet. Includes hot and cold buffets. 

40oz. A colossal steak well marbled, rich and buttery with a long French trimmed bone that steak lovers use as a handle when feasting on this ribeye. Includes hot and cold buffets.  

1.5 lbs of seasoned crab meat. Includes hot and cold buffets.

10 oz. Salmon matched with a cucumber salad and house made tzatziki sauce, makes this dish complex and harmoniously balanced.

Peach glazed duck breast and an apple brandy duck sausage, pan seared, creating a perfectly crisp golden skin with a medium center.

Burg's signature blend of prime angus steak, ground in house then grilled to perfection. Served on a toasted kaiser roll, with your choice of American, Swiss, pepper jack, or cheddar cheese. Served with a side of fresh cut fries. Add two thick cut slices of hardwood smoked brown sugar cured bacon for $3.

Quarter rack of tender ribs, served with sweet and savory blackberry barbecue sauce. Cooked to perfection. Served with a side of fresh cut fries. 

Burg's twist on a traditional Po-Boy sandwich, stuffed with Cajun seasoned fried shrimp, dressed with our house remoulade, and served on a toasted baguette with a side of fresh cut fries.

Slow roasted prime rib shaved thin, topped with melted cheese, and served on a toasted 7 inch roll. Accompanied by traditional au jus and a side of fresh cut fries.  

Our signature blend of prime angus steak, ground in house, and grilled to perfection. Topped with our house remoulade, jalapenos, sautéed peppers & onions, and pepper jack cheese. Served on a kaiser roll,  with a side of fresh cut fries. Add two thick cut slices of hardwood smoked brown sugar cured bacon for $3.

Slow roasted pulled pork with jalapenos, sautéed peppers & onions, our signature BBQ sauce, topped with crispy onion straws. Served on a toasted hoagie roll with a side of  fresh cut fries.
